Queue the Music!

I’ll probably sound like a broken record. I really do not like dieting. It gets me anxious and I end up eating more and gaining more weight. Though I like to exercise ( running mostly), I hardly ever have time to do so (I know, I’m making excuses); but don’t we all?

So, I have decided to just eat as moderately as I can ( i like what I like) and make more time to exercise (fingers and toes crossed).

No, I won’t share any before/after photos, I don’t feel very comfortable to do that right now. Yep! I’m struggling a bit, and turning 35 is not helping either. The world is so demanding! Lol.

Anyways, who cares, I’ll just keep staring at my size 10 dress and make small changes until I get to a healthier weight that I am comfortable with. That being said, we are not all built to be a size zero. I’m still learning to embrace my body shape and type.

    Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something.
    I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit,
    but instead of that, this is great blog. A great read.
    I will definitely be back.
